Very clean facility, as soon we walked in you could smell the fabuloso. We were having issues with out tv. Aileene kindly moved us to a different room. It was close to the mall & quiet!!

There is nothing around the property. Short drive to Mexico and other shops and restaurants a few minutes away. Quite area, I personally love it! Front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Made me feel very welcomed.
We drove down here from Beaumont to go to a cosmetic surgery by across the border. It's the morning of and I just wanted to leave this review and let you guys know this is a decent hotel prices are okay but the service from Mr John was impeccable. If I ever come back I will stay here
From the outside it's just meh, but we were very surprised & pleased the moment we stepped inside. Very clean, very nice, down-to-earth staff. They're currently converting from carpet to tile in the rooms & we were fortunate enough to get the first room with tile. The rooms are huge & very clean. And, there's a pool that we were pleasantly surprised with. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay, with no complaints.
The rooms were really clean, and the price was amazingly low. Gilbert at the front desk was fantastic, really funny and helpful when it came to ordering breakfast tacos(we don't speak spanish). There is a great little mexican restaurant with a breakfast buffet about a mile from the hotel, ask him about it. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is there is no waffle maker at breakfast like the pictures show and the rooms do not have a kitchenette, just microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge , still very happy with our stay and we extended two more nights. The pool is really nice too.
I had the best experience here, it was a lovely hotel! I liked the front desk lady and as soon as I saw my room, I was very impressed at how clean and well put together it was. It was also very comfy, and homey, for me personally- with lots of privacy. The beds had their typical curtain-like-bedding but there was also a fluffy blanket provided for extra warmth- and I loved that! To add to this experience, the whole hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and clean, AND there was a nice pool outside. Morning breakfast was free, and delightful, but you have to hurry before everything gets eat lol. I definitely enjoyed my stay these 3 days.
Very clean very spacious rooms. Gilbert in particular was very accommodating as I had made the reservation for the wrong room and he was able to push me into a non-smoking room. Excellent service in the morning for breakfast also by Gilbert I highly recommend this hotel for its economy, and its cleanliness and roominess. Very modern bathroom for the price.
